the car has a straight 6 with a three speed manual transmission. I have replaced the exhaust, tie rods, bushings, ball joints, water pump, gaskets, and carbuerator. PROBLEM: DRIVER’S DOOR STICKS – hard to open thus A FRIEND TORE THE INSIDE DOOR PANEL while yanking on it. Possibly repair? Or get replacement from junk yard? DOOR STICKING PROBLEM is due to sagging on the hinges– Body shop quotes between $250-$400 to REMOVE HINGES THEN WELD THEM BACK ON and realign.
The car is nice looking and RUNS LIKE A CHAMP—even with the door problem! ALL SALES FINAL. CAR SOLD AS IS.
